01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the okttt platform — including its website, mobile-optimized interface, games, sportsbook, wallet, and any related services — you ("the User," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the okttt platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing without an account, and any person accessing the platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.

okttt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okttt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the okttt platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the okttt platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okttt, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not have a previously suspended or terminated okttt account, unless okttt has expressly reinstated your access in writing;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.

okttt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, including the forfeiture of any bonus balances. Real-money balances held at the time of closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to applicable verification requirements.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the okttt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information reasonably requested by okttt for identity verification purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okttt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okttt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified okttt of unauthorized access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact okttt's support team immediately via live chat. okttt recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings to add an additional layer of security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, okttt may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or increasing transaction limits. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed.

04 User Conduct

By using the okttt platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain;
• Use another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent;
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform;
• Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the okttt platform or its underlying infrastructure.

okttt employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Any account found to be in violation of these conduct rules may be suspended immediately, pending investigation. okttt reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okttt supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your okttt account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. okttt does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. okttt aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days, though actual transfer times depend on the payment provider. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. okttt reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), okttt is required to monitor, record, and report certain transactions. Depositing funds with no intention to wager, or using the platform primarily as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment accounts, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the AMLC.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

okttt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions applicable to all okttt bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• okttt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension;
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of okttt's management shall be final and binding. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

07 Games & Betting Rules

All games available on the okttt platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, limbo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

okttt uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers and are subject to the rules of the respective card or table game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — okttt's system logs shall be the definitive record of game outcomes. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at okttt's discretion. okttt is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

08 Responsible Gaming

okttt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide registered users with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

If you believe that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools or contact our support team for assistance. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent access to all gaming features for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reinstated before the exclusion period expires.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the okttt platform — including but not limited to the okttt name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of okttt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the okttt platform without the prior written consent of okttt. Unauthorized use of okttt's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

okttt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the okttt platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okttt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

okttt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okttt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

You may close your okttt account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

okttt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okttt reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, okttt may forfeit any balances in the account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit okttt's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments

okttt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, okttt will provide notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the okttt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
